About her role with Four Bridges, she says:
“As the founder, I know my motivations and competencies and where I can best serve the community. I can envision projects, bring people together in diverse settings, and protect the freedom of Four Bridges. (That last one is my super power.) I’m not saying that it’s always the easy choice, that openness and freedom, but it always feels like the right one. With that in mind, my “plot” in this community is to keep it open, to deal with the issues that arise from that openness, and to listen to the community as we navigate communication. I have always believed that everyone who wants should have a voice in 4B. The only rule is that we be kind to one another in the expression of our voice. We must learn how to listen and how to speak in a manner that encourages receptivity.”
